Are the elements you use in your designs ethically collected?

All the elements used in our designs come from sources dedicated and committed to ethical collection processes- whether its our coral, barnacles, abalone or seashells. We use recycled sterling silver & gold chain in our necklace designs. All our components are thoughtfully acquired because we value exceptional design and materials that come from ethical origins.

Where does the driftwood in your pieces come from?

Our driftwood is carefully chosen from the beaches of Northern California, the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State & the Hawaiian Islands. We design and create all of our work in the beautiful Colorado mountains. 

What type of stones do you use?

We use all natural, semi-precious stones- with all of our raw Diamonds coming from certified conflict free mines.

Do the pieces have special meaning?

The elements used in our jewelry designs are meant to evoke the spirit of a place or time. Our pieces blend the rawness of the natural world with the refinement found in art and jewelry design. Please see a list of stone meanings, here.  

Is the piece I am buying unique?

The uniqueness of an element's character, shape & color lends itself to a one of kind design. While you may see a design repeated, each jewelry piece is unique–creating wearable art for the person that chooses it. 

How do I put on a wrap bracelet?

We understand that people are visual! Please see the wrap bracelet tutorial here!

How do I care for my JCJ piece?

Hanging necklaces and wrapping bracelets as seen in the above tutorial does protect the leather from unnecessary wear. 

Do you create custom work?

Yes, we love to work with our clients directly! If you have an element– a special piece of driftwood, shell, etc– we would be happy to work with you on a custom design. Custom orders are subject to an additional charge. Please contact us here for more information.

Do you make men's jewelry?

Yes, we do have unisex pieces, and are always happy to take custom requests. Here are two examples of popular men’s designs.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do accept international orders. There will be additional shipping charges that vary based on your location. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund excluding shipping fees. We request that the returned item is in new condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.

What is your repair policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry pieces. If there is damage to a piece we will be happy to repair it!
